Digital Printing

Digital Printing, sometimes called Direct to Garment has made progress in leaps and bounds since the technology first started being used. It's basically an oversized inkjet printer that uses the garment in place of paper. There are specialized inks, a micro-servo controlled transport device and RIP software that make it much more than a simple desktop printer, which is all very exciting, depending on how easily entertained you are... But the important thing to remember is that the process makes short run multi-color and process printing affordable.

Our digital garment printers are equipped with 720 dpi print heads, water-based CMYK inks and discharging capabilities, the digital printer efficiently produces a high quality image. For smaller runs where set-up costs for traditional 4-color process screen printing and color separation are not economical, digital direct to garment printing is a great and affordable alternative.
